Legal PA - Corporate Team (Part-Time, 4 Days)

A highly regarded and fast-growing Media & Entertainment law firm is seeking an experienced Legal PA to join its busy Corporate team on a part-time basis (4 days per week).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern, collaborative firm with an outstanding reputation across media, entertainment, corporate and commercial law. The firm has experienced impressive growth in recent years and now has a headcount of over 180 employees, while maintaining a supportive and personable culture.

The Role

You will provide high-level support to a team of 4-5 fee earners, including Partners, within the Corporate department. This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities confidently.

Key Responsibilities

Extensive diary and meeting management
Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
Managing inboxes and correspondence
Preparing legal documents, presentations and reports
Billing, expenses and matter administration
Liaising with clients and stakeholders professionally
Supporting fee earners with day-to-day workflow and deadlines

About You

Previous experience as a Legal PA / Legal Secretary within a law firm
Corporate law experience highly desirable
Confident supporting senior stakeholders and Partners
Highly organised with strong communication skills
Proactive, adaptable and team-oriented approach
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal systems
