An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a first‑class Legal PA to join a highly regarded Commercial Disputes team. This is a important position supporting two Partners and the wider team, working on complex, high-stakes domestic and cross-border business disputes.

The Role
- Complex diary, inbox and email management for Partners, including prioritisation in a deadline‑driven environment
- Extensive international travel coordination, including visas, itineraries, expenses and trip reporting
- End‑to‑end matter management support, including client onboarding (KYC), billing, Elite 3E reporting and financial administration
- Preparation and production of high‑quality legal documentation, bundles (electronic and hard copy), hyperlinked schedules and court‑ready materials
- Acting as a key liaison point for clients, Counsel, experts, arbitrators and internal stakeholders, as well as supporting BD initiatives and events
What They're Looking For
- 3+ years experience as a Legal PA within a law firm (Dispute Resolution or Litigation experience highly desirable)
- A track record of supporting senior fee earners, including Partners, in a client‑facing, pressurised environment
- Outstanding organisation, attention to detail and document production skills
- A proactive, robust and solutions‑focused mindset with the confidence to manage demanding stakeholders
- Strong systems capability (MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Elite 3E, iManage/FileSite and related platforms advantageous
Why This Firm?
- High‑quality, intellectually stimulating work with an internationally focused and collaborative team
- A modern, non‑hierarchical culture underpinned by respect, openness and autonomy
- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including private healthcare, PHI, enhanced holiday and pension
- Prime office location with hybrid‑friendly, sensible working practices
- A firmwide commitment to inclusivity, wellbeing, and enabling individuals to thrive and progress at their own pace
