Legal PA - Real Estate Finance

Leading International law firm continues to grow!

Salary: up to £55,000

Location: City of London

Hybrid: 1 day from home

This global powerhouse is seeking a highly organised and commercially astute Legal PA to support two newly appointed Partners within its growing Real Estate Finance team, alongside the wider group.

This is a pivotal, high-profile role offering exposure to premium clients, complex transactions, and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced international practice.

What The Role Entails

  • Acting as a trusted right-hand to Partners, proactively managing diaries, priorities and end-to-end workflow ownership
  • Coordinating document production, data rooms, and transactional processes with precision and accountability
  • Building strong client relationships, handling queries and maintaining high-touch service standards
  • Supporting business development activity, including pitches, tenders, client events and CRM management
  • Overseeing administrative processes such as file management, compliance, key dates and matter life cycle tracking

What They're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a legal or professional services environment, ideally in Banking, Finance or Real Estate
  • Exceptional communication skills with a confident, client-facing approach
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • High attention to detail with ownership of tasks through to completion
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with document and case management systems
