London (Hybrid - 3 days office)

A leading professional services firm is looking for a PA Team Leader to support several busy practice areas. This is a hands-on leadership role combining team management, operational oversight, and senior stakeholder support.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple teams
- Support senior stakeholders with departmental coordination and projects
- Manage billing processes, utilisation, and reporting with finance teams
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of PAs
- Allocate work, manage performance, and support recruitment
- Work closely with BD and other business services teams
About You
- Strong PA/EA background with team leadership experience
- Experience in legal or professional services
- Highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
