​Patent Secretary - Flexible Working Hours!

A brand new role has arisen working for a renowned IP law firm in Central London. This role is working for an allocation of 5, including 2 Attorneys and 3 Technical Assistants offering secretarial and organisational support on a daily basis. This firm offer flexible working hours, the details of which are available upon request, however all applicants MUST have secretarial experience gained within Patents and I.P.

The successful Patent Secretary will be joining an award winning law practice, with a phenomenal reputation within the world of intellectual property. This role will be solely focused on Patents, and will be based within the Engineering department supporting a busy allocation of 5.

- At least 2 years experience as a Patent Secretary/Administrator working for another reputable I.P firm. The salary banding for this role is broad, therefore candidates with more experience will be considered at the higher end.

- Strong educational background, preferably with a form of secretarial qualification/training

- A fast, accurate typing speed (JM Legal can provide testing)
