Company Secretary - International Corporate Team | Abu Dhabi An international law firm with a strong presence in the Middle East is seeking a Company Secretary to join its International Corporate team, based exclusively in Abu Dhabi. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional with a background in corporate governance and company secretarial work to take on a key support role in a dynamic legal environment. Please note: This role is Abu Dhabi-based only. Applications for Dubai or remote working will not be considered. A minimum of three days per week in-office is required. Key Responsibilities: Provide company secretarial support across a portfolio of international corporate clients Maintain statutory records, prepare board packs and minutes, and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable regulations Work closely with senior lawyers and stakeholders on governance-related matters Assist in corporate structuring, filings, and documentation Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field Corporate Governance or Company Secretary certification is highly desirable At least 2 years' experience in a company secretarial, corporate governance, or corporate legal support role Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to corporate structures Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented This role is not suitable for Legal PAs or candidates without prior company secretarial experience.
