An international law firm seeks two 2nd Jobber Legal Secretaries with around 18 months experience to support Associates!

My Client, an International law firm based a short walk from Liverpool St are targeting Team Administrators / Junior Legal Secretaries with experience of supporting their own allocation of Fee Earners for a new Legal Secretary.

Duties include:

  • Diary management
  • International travel arrangements
  • Amending legal documents
  • Client billing administration
  • New client matter openings/closing
  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
  • Arranging client events and meeting s
