Corporate/Litigation Legal Secretary - International Law Firm - Paying up to £30,000

My Client, a leading Law firm located in the heart of London's City seek a strong Corporate/Litigation Legal Secretary to join their team of specialist Lawyers offering Commercial Legal services to a range of businesses which include many household names.

The workload is varied, and the successful candidate will be supporting their own allocation of Fee Earners. The team are busy and have a range of work requirements including:

  • Fast and effective dictation for correspondence
  • Document amendment and formatting
  • Diary management
  • Liaising with clients
  • Liaising with the finance team to complete monthly billing arrangements
  • Assisting with the administration connected to business development activities undertaken by the team

This reputable firm require a Legal Secretary who is self-motivated, seeking a challenging and varied role and the ideal candidate should have the following attributes:

  • Previous Legal Secretarial experience gained within a Law firm
  • Have previous experience of supporting their own allocation of Fee Earners
  • Keyboard/audio skills
  • A clear and articulate telephone manner and ability to take clear, accurate messages and instructions
  • Exceptional administrative, workflow and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Flexibility and an ability to prioritise when multi-tasking
  • Computer literate with a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft office applications (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
