​Credit/Revenue Controller - Legal

A brand new role has arisen working for a medium-sized law firm in Central London. This fun, friendly and dynamic law firm are currently seeking an experienced Credit/Revenue Controller to join them on a permanent basis. This position is situated within a team of 6, however this is a standalone Credit/Revenue Controller position, with an occasional requirement to assist with Cashiering. This firm are currently in the process of moving over onto a new accounting package, so this firm need someone adaptable, experience and who is excited by a new challenge.

Credit/Revenue Controller - Legal

The successful candidate will be joining a firm with an outstanding reputation in Central London. This firm offer a fantastic, inclusive culture and an outstanding work/life balance. as a Credit/Revenue Controller working for this firm, you would be expected to undertake the following tasks:

• Preparing monthly schedules, providing a summary on all Aged Debtors working closely with the Practice Director and the Credit Control Partner
• Arranging and managing monthly meeting with Fee Earners
• Keep track of due days
• Distributing Debt and WIP reports when requested
• Keeping records of all correspondence with clients on the system
• Liaising with clients via email and phone
• Be prepared to take on ad hoc tasks within the finance team (Legal Cashier experience would be useful)
• Must be organised and able to manage workloads to meet deadlines
• Polite and firm in dealing with internal colleagues and external clients, positive can do attitude at all times

Credit/Revenue Controller - Legal

In order to be considered for this position, you must possess the following skills/experience:

• At least 2 years experience gained as a Credit/Revenue Controller in a law firm
• Strong legal accounts experience
• Good knowledge of SRA Rules & Regs
