Evening Legal Secretary - 4pm - 11pm - US Law firm

An ever growing US law firm in the city are seeking an Evening Legal Secretary to cover the hours of 4pm - 11pm.

Free taxi home after each evening worked as this will be a fully office based role Mon-Fri.

You will cover lawyers across all departments including Corporate, Finance, Litigation/Disputes and Competition.

The Evening Legal Secretary will support a senior Partner, visiting Partners/Lawyers from other offices, plus ad-hoc tasks from the London based Visiting lawyers.

Typically duties include diary management, arranging travel, document amendments/production, internal/external meeting arrangements and screening incoming evening calls.
