EVENING SECRETARY/DP OPERATOR - Top 10 US Law firm

A new Evening Secretary/DP Operator role that caters for those looking to continue their Legal career later in the day - between 5.45pm-11.15pm to be precise.

Salary up to £48,000 + additional travel allowance and hybrid working

Our client, a world-renowned US Law firm based in the City, are looking for an Evening Secretary/DP Operator to work provide a seamless service to fee earners through evening.

With location in mind, the firm is served by both Moorgate and Liverpool Street and even London Bridge. Alternatively, you could drive in at that time as the roads will be bliss!

A high degree of autonomy will be expected and a candidate of the utmost reliability and confidence - it's likely you will be working by yourself a majority of the time so experience at this would be hugely beneficial and could be the difference between you getting the role.

Previous and up-to-date experience within Document Production or as an Evening Secretary from a Private Practice Law firm is an absolute must - only those with this experience will be considered. In addition to this, broad Legal knowledge would be a bonus but if you have predominately worked in Corporate and Litigation you're off to a good start!
