Executive Assistant (1:1) to Global Senior Partner - Leading Law firm in spectacular offices in the City.
Salary up to £65,000 + Hybrid 3:2
This Executive Assistant position provides high-level, confidential support to the Global Senior Partner (GSP) on a 1:1 basis at a leading international law firm. This role requires outstanding judgement, meticulous organisation, and the ability to co-ordinate governance, partnership processes and complex stakeholder interactions across multiple time zones.
- The EA acts as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison, ensuring the GSP's priorities are delivered efficiently and to an exceptional standard.
- Provide proactive, comprehensive support to the GSP, including extensive diary management, international travel (including visa applications), and preparing action lists and reminders.
- Draft and send messages on behalf of the GSP; type dictations; manage expenses.
- Maintain an Action List and arrange bi‑weekly catch‑ups with the GSP and maintain robust electronic filing of Secretariat e-mails and documentation.
Working within the Secretariat team alongside 4 other Executive Assistants providing executive, governance, and organisational support to the firm's leadership and partners globally.
Experience required:
- Significant experience as an Executive Assistant to C‑suite/Partner‑level leadership within a law firm.
- Demonstrable governance support experience (board/committee co-ordination, agendas, bundles, minute‑taking, action tracking).
- Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency (Outlook/Teams/SharePoint/Word/Excel/PowerPoint); confident with Teams channels, mail merge, and document bundles.
