A highly reputable UK Law firm that's steeped with prestige, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Senior Legal PA.

Salary from £42,000 and hybrid working policy.

A solid Private Client background would be hugely beneficial. However, if your experience is within Tax, Onshore or Offshore Trusts or Wills and Probate then you MUST get in touch to find out where your next opportunity lies.

The firm is a recognised 'player' within the Private Client market and this Executive Assistant role involves working for a Senior Private Client Partner and their team. Not to mention they're one of few firms that actually INVEST in their employees; when you're not working, you're training and upskilling yourself.

It is an absolute must that the successful Senior Legal PA has strong secretarial skills, coupled with a can-do attitude. Prior experience within a Private Practice Law firm is a pre-requisite for this role - we expect a high number of applications so only the most suitable CVs will be considered.

For an idea of some the duties involved, please see the list below:

  • Providing a high level of comprehensive support to Fee-Earners
  • Dealing with and screening calls, delivering a positive client experience.
  • Acting as liaison for clients and colleagues who interact with Fee-Earners.
  • Building and maintaining knowledge of clients and their matters.
  • Providing full secretarial and administrative support including managing files and correspondence.
  • Highly proactive and responsive diary management.
  • Organising lunches, travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, preparing materials.
  • Copy typing, drafting letters and responses
  • Assisting all members of the Private Client Teams where possible.

And for the person themselves:

  • Proactive team player with BAGS of enthusiasm
  • Confident in working autonomously/independently
  • Superb communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent telephone manner as you'll be the 'shop window' for new clients
