This powerhouse, US Law practice is currently seeking an Executive Corporate Receptionist to work in superb offices in the City to offer first class customer service experience between the hours of 12pm-9pm. You will support external and internal clients, while delivering its main functions, including meeting and greeting visitors; answering switchboard calls, booking meetings and ancillary services, taxis and visitor offices.

You should have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Corporate Receptionist role, within a law firm or similar professional services environment. You will need to be professional and reliable, and also have experience of computerised room booking/taxi booking systems. Flexibility is essential.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday-Friday, on fixed hours of 12pm-9pm.
