HR Coordinator - International Law Firm

An exceptional opportunity has arisen working for one of the worlds largest law practices. Situated in the heart of London, with stunning offices within walking distance of Cannon Street, Fenchurch Street and Liverpool Street, this is a position that sits above Assistant level, but below Advisor level, meaning this is fantastic middle ground for somebody looking to bridge the gap and progress their career.

This role is available due to the internal progression of several Coordinators to Advisor level, and they are now looking to backfill the more junior position. This means that these positions have been well looked after, with processes and precedent all in place - this role should be a dream for anybody “super-organised” to step into!!

This is a generalist position, meaning the successful candidate will gain the opportunity all areas of HR. This role will be working hours of 9:30am until 5:30pm, Monday to Friday and comes with a strong salary by market standards and one of the most comprehensive benefits packages in the legal field.

In order to be considered for this position, all applicants must possess the following skills and experience:

- Strong HR experience, preferably generalist with at least 18 months coming at HR Assistant level
- HR experience gained in a law firm is preferable, but not essential for this position. HR experience gained in other professional services organisations (Banks, Chartered Accountancy, Etc) will also be considered.
- Strong education grades, preferably educated to degree level however this is NOT essential providing you have relevant, practical experience gained in full-time employment.
- CIPD qualifications are preferable however not essential, this firm will encourage employees to undertake this while working at this firm where possible.
