Legal EA to Chief Legal Officer of leading Data Science company!

Legal EA to predominantly support the Chief Legal Officer and occasional support to other Directors in busy periods.

Salary: c£55,000

Agile working: 2 days in the office and 3 from home

Bonus: 10% annual + £2000 to spend on optional benefits + store discounts!

The role has become available due to current role holder making an internal move.

Duties include:

• Extensive and proactive diary management for the CLO, ensuring no clashes
• The flexibility to change projects at short notice
• International/national travel arrangements including itineraries
• Assist with the preparation of board meetings including compile agenda, issue board packs, minute taking etc
• Offsite/onsite event management
• Regular catch up meetings with the CLO

For this role, you will need to have extensive PA/EA experience gained within a legal environment.
