🎯 What the role entails

• Producing, proofreading and formatting high‑quality legal documents, correspondence and presentations with absolute accuracy.
• Managing busy attorney calendars, extensive travel schedules, and coordinating meetings, events and client arrangements.
• Running efficient administrative workflows - from time entry and billing coordination to database updates, filing, archiving and confidential records management.
• Acting as a trusted gatekeeper: handling calls, monitoring email as needed, and staying ahead of shifting priorities.
• Providing flexible support across the office - reception cover, hearing prep, BD admin, bundling assistance and occasional evening/weekend work.

• 2+ years' law firm experience (litigation exposure is a bonus).
