£48,000-£55,000 plus great benefits!

This International Law Firm is seeking an experienced Legal DP Supervisor to join the London Office to oversee the running of a team of Document Operators.

DUTIES

Manage detailed performance review feedback, reporting into the Secretarial Manager. Monitor and manage group absence, ensuring compliance with leave policy. Monitor sickness across the team, undertaking informal return to work interviews. Mediate and resolve any minor issues arising in the team. Monitor Learning & Development. Assisting the Secretarial Manager with recruitment.

HOURS

You will need flexibility in managing the hours/shifts that you operate, as the team operate between 8am-12am, so although the stated core hours for this role are mid-shift hours (11.30am-7.30pm), you will be responsible for managing your own time and be flexible according to business needs to work 8am-4pm, 9.30am-5.30pm or occasionally 4pm-12am in order to keep in touch with the team.

YOU WILL NEED

Excellent grammar and English language skills gained in a legal environment. Advanced DP skills. Advanced MS Office inc. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Adobe PDF, and live within reasonable travelling distance to the London office.
