An innovative Law firm are looking to add to their vibrant London office.

Salary up to £44,000

A highly respected UK Law firm are looking to grow their Business Support team in the form of a full-time permanent Executive Assistant to support their Family/Matrimonial practice group.

They're seeking a highly competent Senior Legal PA/EA who will be able to support the Partner and team, during a particularly busy time for the group. Initiative and common sense are key, as well as the confidence to drive things forward.

The purpose of the role is to deliver exemplary EA services covering a variety of legal and business support duties, enabling high level day to day operations across the team and contributing to the ongoing development of the firm's workflow processes and procedures.

For an overview of the duties, please see below:

  • Provide proactive EA management for the Partners and Department, ensuring all legal administration and support requirements are delivered promptly and executed to a high standard
  • Provide high levels of customer service on all requests and projects
  • Prioritise key tasks and advise time to achieve
  • Schedule monthly team meetings
  • Manage the department's iManage area
  • Provide EA services as needed
  • Ensure all team electronic and hard copy filing is managed in a timely and efficient manner, in strict accordance with the firm's procedures
  • Ensure the firm's core processes are followed and support the team to operate consistently
  • Be responsible for the smooth project management of team initiatives
  • Liaise with Finance and Credit Control concerning the proactive management and reduction of aged WIP and debt.
  • Proactively assist and manage the team's IT queries/issues
  • Assist the Fee Earners with preparing Court bundles/Client bibles or other client related work
  • Work with the PA Coordinator to ensure a consistent level of PA/Secretarial resource for the team.
