• Expert diary + inbox management

• Preparing and amending complex legal documents

• Organising global travel + itineraries

• Billing, time recording and expense management

• Coordinating meetings, calls and high-level client communications

• Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and internal teams

• Providing proactive PA support that keeps everything running like clockwork
