Legal PA - Corporate - US Law firm - £50k + Hybrid Working

My Client, a well-established American Law firm who are based within walking distance of both Fenchurch Street and Cannon Street, seek a confident and ambitious Corporate PA to join their award winning department.

They have over 1,800 Lawyers in 20 offices, worldwide. They boast over 35 Tier 1 practice group rankings in their full service Law firm and have recently been named amongst the Best Law Firms to work for 2024.

Duties

• Managing Fee Earner's diaries
• Manage fee earners' and own inbox, ensuring that the Client/mater related emails are dealt with promptly
• Arranging global travel
• Anticipates the needs of both internal and external Clients, responds to expectations and adds value by ensuring the Client experiences the highest quality of service
• Document processing; creating and amending Legal documents and correspondence, proof reading
• Liaising with Clients and knowing when to action urgent matters; following up on matters

Candidates must have at least 2 years experience of working within a Law firm, supporting their own allocation - or in a Hub setting at Partner level.
