Award-winning international law firm looking to add to their Real Estate team.

Salary - £46,000

Location - Bank

Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 from home

A Legal PA is needed for an expanding Real Estate/Commercial Property team at one of London's premier practices and with beautiful offices based close to Bank this Legal PA position couldn't be easier to reach.

Supporting an amenable allocation that includes 2 Partners, the team are incredibly easy to get along with and you'll have no problem settling in. The Real Estate/Commercial Property team are a fun bunch, often arranging social nights out and continuing the good mood in the workplace.

Given the level, this Real Estate/Commercial Property Legal PA demands superb secretarial, administrative and organizational skills, together with the ability to think on your feet and use initiative when required. Previous experience from a fast-paced Real Estate/Commercial Property department would be highly desirable along with knowledge of Land Registry, Property and Company searches and creation of Laserforms.

For an overview of the duties, please see below:

  • Pro-actively manage and maintain partner and fee earners' diaries, making appointments and coordinating internal and external client meetings
  • Arrange (or delegate) the booking of meeting rooms, cars, refreshments, restaurants etc
  • Management of fee earners' inboxes monitoring and responding where possible, using initiative to route emails to the appropriate individuals and filing emails in to iManage
  • Organising travel arrangements through the travel company, booking and confirmation of reservations, flights, hotels, car transfers, ordering currency and producing itineraries
  • Arrange events
  • Manage the flow to Document Production of complex, lengthy legal documents, visualisations, presentations, reports and dictation
  • Typing and drafting where appropriate, client correspondence; proof reading all work
  • Preparation of agendas, presentations and meeting papers
  • File opening including conflict searches and money laundering requirements
