Join one of the world's most succesful law firms and become an integral part of their Banking & Finance practice group. They're looking for a highly organized, proactive Legal PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves being the go-to person for fee earners and clients alike.
What you'll do:
- Own complex diary management and coordinate meetings, travel, and events like a pro.
- Be the first point of contact for clients - handling calls and building strong relationships.
- Manage client intake, AML checks, engagement letters, and billing support.
- Keep everything running smoothly with inbox management, document production, and filing.
- Support high-stakes client activities and liaise with courts when needed.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate across global service teams.
What they're looking for:
- Solid experience in a legal or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with Banking & Finance processes, AML, and compliance would be beneficial but not a must.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- A master of multitasking with razor-sharp attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills and a team-first mindset.
