A highly likeable UK Law firm that's admired around the world, is seeking a Legal PA/Team Coordinator in Disputes.

Salary - £45,000

Location - City of London

Hybrid - 2 days from home

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Legal PA to join a friendly and supportive Dispute Resolution department providing first-class professional support at partner level whilst also working closely with the Secretarial Services Manager to provide high level managerial support as Team Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be able to prioritise and delegate effectively and will have excellent communication and organisation skills required to undertake this dual role. The PA part will take up a majority of your day with the Team Coordinator aspects requiring approximately 20% of your time. This role represents an excellent opportunity to play to your strengths whilst also growing your skillset and experience in a more senior capacity.

  • Proactively managing and maintaining fee-earners diaries
  • Making extensive travel arrangements and producing itineraries
  • Managing fee-earners' inboxes when they are out of the office
  • Producing documents as required
  • Preparing account forms and coordination of the end to end billing process
  • Bundling
  • Liaising with clients
  • Using initiative to take responsibility of administration to assist fee earners
  • Managing the day to day operations of the team
  • Providing regular updates on all staff movements and developments
  • Reporting to the Support Services Manager and assisting with projects
  • Coordinating, monitoring and managing absence requests
  • Handling end to end recruitment, coordinating induction/training of new joiners
  • Assisting on the promotion, talent, pay and bonus reviews
  • Organising and facilitating seating plans and moves within the department
  • Holding regular meetings, one to ones and setting up mentoring pairs
  • Conducting quarterly and end of year discussions
  • Conducting under performance reviews and implementing PIPs
