Legal PA / Team Leader - IP, Sport & Technology - £55k + 2 days WFH

Working for a leading International law firm in central London!! They boast one of the best reputations in London and are a previous law firm of the year winners!

Salary: up to £55,000

Agile working: 3 days in the office and 2 from home

Location: Holborn

My client is seeking a highly skilled Legal PA / Team Leader to support 2 Partners and the Head of Legal Ops! You will need experience of managing PA's as you will coordinating 4 Legal PA's.

This is covering incredibly interesting and cutting edge areas of law and no 2 days will ever be the same.

Duties include:

• Full calender/diary management
• Provide materials for board meetings
• office management for the department
• day to day coordination
• Planning/overseeing logistics of new starters
• Attend quarterly departmental meetings
• Identify any recruitment requirements
• Taking minutes in board meetings

Experience required:

• 3-5 years experience as a Legal Secretary / PA / Coordinator
• Legal Secretarial qualification such as Ilex Level 3
