Legal Secretary (2nd Jobber) - Litigation within leading US Law firm in the City!

Are you a Junior Legal Secretary / Team Assistant with an allocation of Fee Earners that you support directly and are looking for the next natural step up?

My client, a leading US Law Firm in the city are seeking a Legal Secretary (2nd jobber) to support a friendly, manageable Partner along with a fee Associates (4 in total) within the Competition & Antitrust department, which falls under Litigation.

A key requirement for this role is previous Litigation experience as a Junior Legal Secretary / Team Assistant within a law firm.

Salary is generously between £41,000 to £43,000 and you can work from home 2 days per week!

The typical daily duties include:

• Diary organisation
• Travel arrangements
• Assist with bill preparation
• Digital dictation
• Process new business intake forms
• Create binders for trial

The minimum experience to be considered for this role is 2 years.
