One of the UK's favourite Media & Entertainment firms are on the hunt for a Legal Secretary to work in their market leading Civil Litigation/Dispute Resolution department

Salary up to £37,000 / Agile working policy

A well-respected Law firm in London's are looking for a new Legal Secretary PA to join their top Litigation team. With a reputation for dealing with high profile clients, wealthy benefactors and people that should really know better, the firm are seeking a bright and ambitious Legal Secretary PA to support an allocation of 6, including a Partner.

The offices ooze class and sophistication and are surrounded by all things fun in London. They're easy to reach from most mainline stations, however, you can always walk from some of the ones further afield, Summer's only round the corner…! Your reward for negotiating the travel is to be based close to some of London's best bars and shops; what could possibly go wrong?

This Legal Secretary PA will be responsible for aspect of the administrative and secretarial support work for the team. They will work closely with all members of the team in an efficient, proactive and professional manner and ensure best practice at all times.

For an idea of the duties involved, please see below:

  • General admin, such as file opening, billing and file closing etc.
  • Occasional management of team members' diaries. Organise various internal and external meetings, including room bookings, refreshments, IT equipment etc.
  • Manage telephone, voicemail, out of office and email messages for the team when they're not available, responding as necessary
  • Coordinate and manage hospitality, expenses and conference calls for the team, as required
  • Proactively assist and manage the team's IT queries/issues, liaise with IT support if necessary
  • Distribute documentation internally and externally, electronically or hard copy
  • Delegate large jobs to alternative sources
  • Ensure all team electronic and hard copy filing is managed in a timely and efficient manner, in strict accordance with firm procedures
  • Audio dictation
  • Assistance to fee earners with preparing Court bundles
  • Travel arrangements both within the UK and international
