Legal Secretary - Finance | Step-Up Opportunity (City Law Firm)
📍 City of London | 💷 £50,000-£52,000 | 🏢 4 days office / 1 day WFH

We're recruiting for a Legal Secretary role within a leading City law firm that is specifically targeting candidates with around 3+ years' legal support experience.

This is a genuine step-up opportunity for a Legal Secretary or PA looking to move into a top-tier City environment, with excellent exposure, strong support, and a competitive salary for the level.

The role:
Supporting a team of six fee earners (partners, counsel and a trainee), providing full diary management, document production, billing/expenses support, and day-to-day legal secretarial assistance.

What they're looking for:

  • Around 3+ years' experience in a legal support role

  • Strong document skills (Word essential)

  • Organised, proactive and confident communicator

  • Keen to develop and progress in a City firm

📌 Office-based Monday-Thursday, Friday WFH
⏰ 09:30-17:30 (overtime unlikely)
