The ideal candidate should be competent in the following areas:

Complex (ever changing) diary management including multiple mailbox management.

National and international travel.

Business development and event planning.

Monthly billing processing and management.

File opening processing and drafting of letters of engagement.

Supporting with practice management responsibilities.

Attending meetings,

Taking minutes and following up on actions agreed

The firm are seeking a highly motivated individual who has an ability to build relationships quickly with a wide range of stakeholders. You will have strong administration, organisation and diary management experience in a legal or professional services environment and have great client service delivery.

A strong legal or professional services background supporting at senior partner(s)/Global Head level is essential for this role.
