2 x Part-time Legal PA (2 days) - Commercial - £46k pro-rata

My client, a friendly and well respected international law firm located in the city of London are looking to a Part - time Legal PA to work 2 days per week to supprt at Partner level.

Part - time breakdown:

• Monday & Tuesday
• Salary is £46k pro rata
• Hybrid: 60% in office, 40% at home

You will also be entitled to their full list of benefits!

You will need to have a good Legal PA background and ideally some commercial law experience.

Duties:

• Diary management for Partners
• Document amendments/production
• Updating client contact lists
• Preparation/coordination of client bills
• Ensuring case files are organised appropriately and updated in a timely manner
• Organising team meetings
