Part-time Legal PA (3 days) - Transactional Real Estate - £45k FTE

My client, a leading global law firm in the city, near Liverpool Street station, are looking to add a Part - time Legal PA to work 3 days per week Wednesday - Friday!

• Salary is £45k FTE
• Wednesday to Friday
• Supporting the Head of Transactional Real Estate

You will need to have a good Legal PA background and experience of working directly for Partners.

Duties:

• Diary management for Partners
• Document amendments/production
• Updating client contact lists
• Conflict checks
• Preparation/coordination of client bills
• Ensuring case files are organised appropriately and updated in a timely manner
• Organising team meetings
