Salary: up to £45,000
Location: St Paul's
Hybrid: 2 days from home

Join one of the UK's most ambitious law firms as they look to continue their growth by adding an exceptional Legal PA/Secretary to their Real Estate team. In this role, you'll support a number of Partners and fee-earners in a high-performing, supportive collaborative environment so if you love being the backbone of a busy department, this is the role you've been waiting for.
🔎 What the Role Involves
- Providing proactive, high-level PA and administrative support across the Real Estate team
- Managing document production: amending documents, digital filing, dictation & drafting
- Ensuring airtight file management - opening, closing, compliance checks, AML & KYC
- Organising meetings, conferences, calls and ensuring fee‑earners are always fully prepared
- Supporting workflow delegation, helping coordinate the support team & covering peaks/absences
🌟 What They're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Legal PA/Secretary ideally within Real Estate law
- Confident managing delegation & supporting junior secretarial staff
- A proactive, solutions‑led operator who brings calm, structure and professionalism
- Strong digital filing, document production and client‑care skills
- Someone who enjoys being a trusted extension of the legal team
