A new position has arisen working for a well-established US Law Firm in Central London. This prestigious law firm are currently looking for an experienced Reprographics Operator to join them on a permanent basis, providing Repro/Print support within their business operations team.

The successful Reprographics / Print Operator will be joining a US Law Firm with a superb reputation in Central London, gained over 4+ decades of hard work, and outstanding client service. This firm are also known for treating their staff supremely well, at all levels! This role is a fantastic opportunity for any Reprographics / Print Operator with previous experience gained working within another law firm in Central London.

Reprographics / Print Operator

This role will be working on a rotating shift basis:

- 2 weeks of 8am until 5pm
- 1 week of 9am until 6pm
- 1 week of 10am until 7pm

This role will be working in a small team, therefore it is imperative that any applicant has excellent communication skills, and experience of applying them in a professional working environment.

Duties include but may not be limited to:

• Working in the capacity of a firm representative. Reporting all relevant information and observations made whilst in the course of carrying out duties. Projecting a professional image of the firm both internally and externally.
• Providing reprographics and office services assistance to the Partnership and its staff in the London office.
• Assisting with copying, scanning and printing requirements from any of the firms offices worldwide.
• Providing an internal collection and delivery service to the London office.
• Booking and arranging courier services for Lawyers and Staff.
• Collection of recycling and confidential waste from the copy centres and Lawyer offices.
• Ensuring that paper and supplies are provided in each of the copy centres and that the copying devices are fully operational and ready for use.
• Proactively report premises related issues to the Line Manager.
• Meet and escort contractors around the office on an adhoc basis.
