A global Law firm situated in the City are seeking a Resourcing Executive to bolster their Talent Management & Development department with a focus on Partner recruitment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manages the operational day to day resourcing activity
• Scheduling interviews, drafting recruitment briefings, liaising with agencies and managing the on boarding of new joiners
• Assisting/organising the Partner on boarding and induction process
• Ensures that Inclusion & Diversity is woven into every aspect of the service
• Manages employee life cycle
