I am recruiting for a top-tier boutique law firm who are seeking a polished, confident Senior Legal PA to support a Partner with a more traditional working style - where professionalism, discretion and exceptional organisation are key.

💼 The Role

This is a classic, high-quality Senior PA position supporting at Partner level (who work across multi-disciplines) in a respected, professional environment.

Typical duties include:

• Extensive diary and inbox management

• Managing complex schedules, meetings and travel

• Document production, proofreading and formatting

• Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and key point of contact

• Supporting billing, expenses and client liaison

• Anticipating needs and ensuring the Partner is always one step ahead
