What You'll Be Doing:

  • Acting as a trusted point of contact, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues

  • Managing complex diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Overseeing email correspondence and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

  • Supporting billing and financial processes, helping the team stay organised and on track

  • Playing a key role in business development activities, including event coordination

  • Taking ownership of administrative processes and suggesting improvements

  • Helping senior team members stay focused on priorities by anticipating needs and resolving issues proactively

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous experience in a professional services environment (legal, finance, consultancy, or similar)

  • Confidence, diplomacy, and professionalism when interacting with senior stakeholders

  • Excellent organisational skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

  • A proactive mindset, enthusiasm, and a collaborative spirit
