A rare opportunity has opened up with a well-regarded London law firm, known for its strong culture, high-quality work and genuine respect for senior support.

I am looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their Disputes department, supporting at senior level in a role that is fast-paced, visible and genuinely valued.

💼 The Role

This is a true EA position for someone who enjoys being one step ahead:

  • Heavy diary and inbox management for senior fee earners

  • Coordinating complex meetings, hearings and deadlines

  • Business Development organisation - pitches, events and client activity

  • Managing correspondence, documents and confidential material

  • Acting as a trusted right hand within a busy litigation practice
