In this role, you'll be part of a supportive, high-performing operations team, delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders across a fast-paced, global business. If you're technically confident, laser-focused on detail, and calm under pressure, this could be the perfect fit.
🔧 What You'll Be Doing
You'll handle a broad range of document-related tasks, including:
Creating, formatting, amending, and proofreading professional documents
Managing document conversions and transcribing BigHand dictations
Preparing pitch decks, Excel datasets, and branded PowerPoint presentations
Populating LaserForms and working with template tools like Templafy
Liaising with internal teams to meet tight deadlines with accuracy and clarity
Supporting colleagues with document troubleshooting and technical queries
Ensuring all content is consistent with brand standards and house style
✅ What You'll Bring
Strong experience in a document production role (legal or professional services a bonus)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Kofax
Familiarity with BigHand, Templafy, and LaserForms (desirable)
Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for getting things right
The ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and stay cool under pressure
