Legal EA - Funds - Up to £60,000 + Excellent Benefits

A super friendly US law firm, based just moments from Liverpool Street Station, is seeking a Legal EA to provide high-level support to a team of Partners and Fee Earners, working collaboratively alongside another experienced EA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complex diary management across multiple time zones for Partners

  • Managing inboxes, correspondence, and filing systems

  • Coordinating and booking international travel (flights, hotels, visas, itineraries)

  • Processing expenses, billing, and client invoicing

  • Assisting fee earners with time recording

  • Drafting, formatting, and proofreading documents in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe

  • Creating and maintaining client forms, engagement letters, and matter openings

  • Supporting client onboarding and document management processes

  • Collaborating with the wider EA and support team to ensure smooth operations



About You

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Legal Secretary or PA

  • Previous experience within a Funds, Finance, or Corporate department preferred

  • Strong document production and MS Office skills

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management abilities

  • A proactive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
