An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and proactive Legal PA to support Partners within a prestigious Energy, Natural Resources & Infrastructure (ENRI) team at a leading international law firm. This is a fantastic chance to step into a high-profile role where your organisational skills will directly support some of the most impactful projects shaping the energy sector today.

🗂️ Typical PA Duties:

  • Complex diary and inbox management for Partners

  • Drafting, amending, and formatting legal documents

  • Coordinating international travel, client meetings, and events

  • Supporting with billing, time recording, and expenses

  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and colleagues
