If the answer's yes however, then our client is on the lookout for a talented Legal PA to join their Corporate department supporting a busy Partner and a small team of other fee earners.

🔑 Duties include:

• Owning diaries, inboxes, and travel arrangements
• Acting as a true gatekeeper and relationship-builder with clients and colleagues
• Coordinating meetings, events, and hospitality with seamless attention to detail
• Drafting documents, reports, and presentations
• Keeping finances on track - from billing to WIP monitoring
• Supporting transactions, compliance, and client relationship management
• Bringing initiative, ideas, and solutions to make things run better, faster, smarter

• Experience as a Legal PA or Executive Assistant supporting at Partner level
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
