Legal PA needed for buzzing Banking team!
Salary: up to £52,000
Location: City of London
Hybrid: 2 days from home

⭐ What You'll Be Doing
- Complex diary and international travel for multiple fee earners including a partner, ensuring seamless planning in a busy Banking practice.
- Drafting correspondence, managing inboxes, coordinating deadlines, and being a trusted first point of contact.
- BD and client development, assisting on bids, tenders, and client presentations to help Partners grow key relationships.
- Billing, expenses, matter openings, compliance checks with support from admin assistants.
- Deliver polished documentation, from pitches and presentations to comparisons, formatting and proofreading essential banking materials.
🔍 What They're Looking For
- Minimum 18 months' experience in a legal PA/secretarial role within a busy practice team.
- A highly organised operator with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to stay three steps ahead.
- Confident communicator who builds rapport effortlessly internally and with high-level clients.
- Strong MS Office skills
- Proactive, adaptable and positive who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment and supports junior team members when needed.
