Legal Secretary/PA needed for one of the UK's most successful firms!

Salary: up to £31,500

Location: Milton Keynes

Hours: 9.00-5.30pm

Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 from home

This Legal Secretary/PA position is supporting a range of fee earners with a variety of tasks in their highly successful Corporate department. The team are friendly, encouraging and often arranging social events so you'll have no problem settling in quickly.

A Legal Secretary/PA background would be ideal but given the firms' structure and supportive nature they are happy to train someone providing you have some administrative experience.

Duties you can expect are:

• Complex diary and travel management
• Arranging client entertainment
• Preparation of agendas and meeting papers
• Organising internal events (e.g. training sessions, social events)
• Drafting emails and letters on behalf of fee earners
• Researching clients as instructed
• Acting as key client contact
• Building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients
• Collaborating with BD and providing support on bids, tenders, client presentation materials
• Preparing pitch documents
• Preparing letters of engagement
• Arranging conflicts and AML checks
