🗂️ Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and supporting Team Assistants, acting as the go-to between PAs and the Secretarial Manager

• Running and supporting departmental projects

• Providing high-level PA support to senior stakeholders

• Ensuring seamless workflow across the team with a focus on efficiency and best practice

• Taking ownership of tasks, working with autonomy and confidence

👤 The Ideal Candidate:

• An experienced PA/EA with a strong legal or professional services background

• Confident, organised, and proactive - able to work autonomously without constant oversight

• Experience in Commercial law is an advantage, but strong candidates from other practice areas will be considered

• A natural leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
