Executive Assistant - Global Law Firm | Central London
Up to £58,000 + Excellent Benefits | Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day WFH)
Permanent | Full-time (9:30-5:30 or 10:00-6:00)
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a highly regarded senior Partner at one of the world's leading law firms. This is a rare and rewarding position, offering a close working relationship with an accomplished individual who sits on the firm's global leadership team.
The role requires a confident, discreet and commercially astute EA who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment where high standards and attention to detail are key. You'll be part of a collaborative team of experienced Executive Assistants within the firm's largest global office.
The Role
You'll act as the Partner's trusted right hand, managing a broad range of business and personal matters. Responsibilities will include:
Complex diary management, meeting coordination and international travel arrangements
Preparation of documentation, presentations and client correspondence
Oversight of billing, expenses and time recording (including for fee earners in their absence)
Acting as a key liaison point between the Partner, clients, and internal stakeholders
Managing ad hoc personal tasks and property-related administration as needed
Supporting with matter openings, KYC processes, and internal reporting
This is a high-profile role within the firm, requiring professionalism, discretion and a proactive mindset.
About You
You will bring:
Significant Legal Executive Assistant experience within a legal environment
Strong billing, financial administration and time-recording experience (ideally using 3E, Chrome River or similar systems)
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with an ability to juggle multiple priorities
A collaborative, team-focused approach - someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit EA community
The Firm
This global firm offers a sophisticated, modern working environment and a strong sense of community. The London office - their largest worldwide - recently relocated to a stunning, sustainable workspace in the heart of City, reflecting the firm's forward-thinking culture and commitment to innovation.
