The Role

You'll work hand-in-hand with a Partner at including:

• Complex diary & travel management (London & US time zones).

• Building and maintaining relationships with key clients.

• Supporting pitches, submissions, newsletters and marketing campaigns.

• Overseeing billing cycles, WIP, and financial administration.

• Attending client/sector meetings, taking ownership of agendas and follow-ups.

• Acting as a trusted right-hand support, ensuring the smooth running of both practice and client matters.

Who we're looking for

• A Legal PA / Practice Executive with experience in a top-tier law firm or professional services.
