An established City law firm is seeking an experienced Legal PA to join its busy Commercial Real Estate team. This role will primarily support a Partner alongside several other fee earners, providing high-level organisational and administrative support within a fast-paced environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Legal PA with real estate experience who enjoys working in a collaborative team and managing competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
* Providing dedicated PA support to a senior Partner and wider fee earner group
* Managing complex diaries, inboxes and meeting arrangements
* Supporting client onboarding processes including compliance and KYC procedures
* Producing and amending legal documentation via digital dictation
* Preparing engrossments, completion statements and financial documentation
* Conducting commercial property searches and assisting with Land Registry applications
* Managing documents within document management systems and data rooms
* Coordinating travel arrangements and assisting with billing processes
* Supporting document signing processes and general team administration

Requirements
* Previous Legal PA experience within Commercial Property or Real Estate
* Experience supporting senior partners or busy fee earners
