Operate computer equipment in performance of daily duties; effectively uses various software applications necessary to perform required duties. Actively seeks out technological resource solutions to maximise efficiency. Effectively manages electronic documents/correspondence for easy retrieval. Answer assigned attorneys' telephones in addition to prioritising, responding to and/or relaying messages. Arranges and coordinates calendar, extensive travel schedules, meetings, and events for assigned attorneys.
